Return Policies

Requirements for a refund:

Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Item(s) must be in new condition.
All parts of the product must be returned.

Shipping and reimbursement policies:

Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to S&B Filters’ error.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the package actually is returned to S&B Filters’ Fontana, California location. (It is recommended that a shipping method with tracking is selected.)
A 15% restocking fee applies unless:
- A new item is ordered along with the return.
- The return is due to S&B Filters’ error.
